Artwork

**All customer-supplied artwork is subject to set-up charges of $21 per design. We will notify you of any additional charges that may apply due to improperly prepared artwork prior to production.

ARTWORK is billed on an hourly basis of $84/hour.

The followingFILE TYPESare accepted,although vector art is always preferred:

  • .psd (photoshop)
  • .bmp
  • .eps
  • .ai (illustrator)
  • .pdf
  • .tif
  • .jpg
  • .png
Artwork may be submitted digitally via e-mail to: info@signs.vi

Please indicate any fonts used, and if possible, include the font file.

For GRAPHICS that are to be output as digital prints, the resolution should be AT LEAST 300 dpi at actual size.

Production

Please keep in mind that turnaround time estimates are not guaranteed but we do our best to accommodate.

Please identify REPEAT ORDERS – we retain your files for 3 years! and usually require 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS from final approval. (Additional or extended processes will increase production time)

We may RUSH an order for an additional charge. The charge is $50 PER ITEM, although this may vary due to work load, complexity of order & the estimated production time.​

Please identify REPEAT ORDERS – we retain your files for 3 years!​

Payments

  • A minimum 50% DEPOSIT is required on all orders.
  • There is a $100 MINIMUM charge per order.

The exact amount is appreciated when paying for your signage.

We ONLY accept Visa & MasterCard

There will be a minimum $50 charge for any returned check.

Materials, adhesives and printing processes are varied & designed to fit most general applications when installed correctly and by a professional.

We make no representations and accept no responsibility for any loss of signs, out of pocket expenses or for any fines imposed as it relates to your purchase.​
